About the Artist
Betsy lives and creates her art on a little homestead in northwestern PA with her husband, daughter, and menagerie of animals. She's always been interested in the natural world, and earned her doctorate in ecology from the University of Toledo. Her enduring connection to nature influences her art, as does her passion for Celtic and Nordic folklore, culture, and iconography.
She has also always had a connection and deep respect for bees and all pollinators. She started the #SavetheBsArtChallenge to spread awareness of the key part they play in our lives and encourage conservation.
She uses her art to advocate for nature, to showcase the beauty of our fragile world, to highlight details that are easy to miss in our fast-paced lives, and to incorporate magic into the everyday.
About the Art
Every creation of BetsyBeeStudios is an original design created from Betsy’s heart and imagination, hand drawn and hand burned on high quality materials. Although Betsy’s primary medium is pyrography, she creates in a wide range of mediums including pastels, pen & ink, mixed media, digital drawing, and logo design.

My main goal is to give you a piece of art that you will cherish. If you are in anyway unhappy with your order, please let me know and I will do what I can to make it right.
RETURNS: If you would like to return an item and receive a monetary refund, this must be done within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in good unused original condition unless it was damaged on my end. I retain the right to refuse/reduce a return/refund if I believe damage was caused by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless I grant otherwise (i.e. if I made a mistake). Custom and personalized items are non-returnable, and may only be canceled prior to the start of burning. A design fee may be subtracted from the refund of canceled orders.

I (Betsy Bodamer) retain the rights to all images and designs. Custom designs may be duplicated/reused by the artist in other pieces. Duplication of any images or designs by the buyer or anyone else is strictly prohibited.
